The Touryst

Shin’en Multimedia will release The Touryst for PlayStation on September 9, a Wishlist page on PlayStation Store reveals.

Given that Wishlist-only pages on PlayStation Store do not indicate platform, it is currently unknown whether The Touryst will only be available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, or both. Gematsu has contacted Shin’en Multimedia for clarification.

The Touryst first launched for Switch via Nintendo eShop in November 2019, followed by Xbox One and PC via Microsoft Store in July 2020, and Xbox Series in October 2020.

Here is an overview of the game, via PlayStation Store:

You are just arriving at the Monument Islands. Want to go swimming? Or rather take a dive into the deep sea? Or do you want to visit the amusement arcade, do some shopping, dance at the beach party? Fancy some surfing? Or will you talk with the strange old tourist and listen what he has to say about these ancient mysterious monuments..
